Price Information & Service
- Prices are valid for the specified periods and are per person and day. The resort tax of €1.00 per day (born in 2007 or earlier) must be paid separately.
- Half-board includes breakfast buffet and 3-course dinner of choice (incl. large salad bar). Children up to 11 years get children’s portions for half-board menus.
- We happily provide cot beds for small children up to three years (€ 8,00 per day). Please let us know in advance.
- There is a limited capacity in our dormitories (dormitories in the summer only). Please understand that most places are given to Alpine Club members.
- Surcharge for twin rooms of €12 per room and night!
On your arrival day you should get to the base station of the Stubaier Gletscherbahnen lift by 4.15 p.m. at the latest to catch the last gondola uphill. During the winter season it is not possible to reach the Dresdner Hütte once gondola operation has been stopped.
With the gondola and your luggage, you ride to the mid-terminal of the Stubaier Geltscherbahn. From there the Dresdner Hütte is only a five-minute walk along a well accessible, wide trail away.
On arrival day you can enter your rooms from 2:00 p.m. at the earliest. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage. On your departure day we ask you to vacate your rooms by 9:00 a.m.
You pay on site and in cash.
Payment by cash card is only possible in exceptional cases and for amounts of € 10 or more.
Alpine Club member prices can only be charged upon presentation of a valid Alpine Club Card.
For persons born in 2007 or earlier resort tax of €1 per person and day must be charged on behalf of the Stubai Tourist Board.
Summer season: from the end of June to the end of September, depending on weather conditions
Winter season: from the end of October to the end of April, depending on weather conditions
Once you have arrived at the mid-terminal, you can call to have your luggage picked up by a snowmobile at a charge of €5 per ride. This service is not possible from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
On your arrival day you inform the street stuff that you are a guest at the Dresdner Hütte (presentation of a booking confirmation). Then you are shown our car park at the Stubai Gletscherbahn lift, where you can park free of charge for the duration of your stay.
From 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. we offer a wide range of hot and cold dishes (self-service).
The breakfast buffet is provided from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and guests with half-board service can enjoy our salad bar from 6:00 p.m. onwards. Dinner is served from 6:30 p.m.
If you need special menus (e.g. in case of allergies or intolerances) a surcharge of €5 per day is charged.
For your own safety and because of legal registration regulations, you must enter your name in the book provided at the hut and fill in all information demanded.
Room cancellations must be made in writing. The Terms and Conditions of Austrian Hotel Businesses apply. We ask you to inform us in time - we will do our best to be as fair as possible. Up to two months before the start of your holidays, no cancellation fees are charged. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.
Dogs are allowed in principle, yet only in rooms booked and not in the dormitories. In the bar and restaurant area dogs are not allowed. Per dog and day €10 are charged (without food).
